Code Of Conduct
We are thrilled to provide this facility, and while we have implemented safety measures, the inherent nature of children's play activities may result in occasional accidents. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for any injuries to children or damage to clothing or belongings that may occur while using the area or general cafe facilities.
It is crucial for adults to always supervise children.
Guidelines for Play & Conduct during Play Sessions:
Continuous adult supervision is a prerequisite for children present on the premises.
The Play area strictly prohibits the consumption of external food or beverages.
Health & Hygiene Policy dictates that all adults and children must wear socks while inside the Play area, and disposable socks are available for purchase.
Prior to entering the Play area, customers are required to wash their hands or use hand sanitiser.
After your session, please promptly vacate the Play area to facilitate cleaning between sessions.
Photography or video recording is strictly prohibited unless prior permission is obtained.
Before entering the Play area, remove any jewellery, badges, hair clips, or sharp objects.
The Play area strictly forbids the presence of chewing gum.
Consumption of food or beverages not acquired from the cafe is prohibited within the Play area.
Unwell children should refrain from using the Play area or equipment.
Personal items like money, mobile phones, or keys should be left with parents or guardians outside the play area.
Always remove shoes and place them in the designated shoe zone, before entering the play area and wear socks.
Children wearing glasses (or contact lenses) should exercise extra caution.
The facility disclaims any responsibility for losses, damages, or theft.
Nappy changes should be conducted in the provided facilities.
Report any accidents, injuries, or spills promptly to a Millie & Maisie staff member.
Booking Terms
I acknowledge that the play session is designed for children under the age of 5. Reservations will not be made for children surpassing this age limit; however, older children are encouraged to explore alternative amenities within the cafe. I recognise the responsibility of providing complete supervision for the children in my booking while at Millie & Maisie, and I commit to ensuring they are never left unattended. Millie & Maisie reserves the authority to deny play access to anyone in my booking not adhering to these policies.
Play Reservations & Private Soft Play Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking. However, rescheduling is available free of charge if completed before the originally scheduled booking date.
