We're open 7 days a week from 9am until 5pm.

We often host parties on the weekends, so please check the booking page and our Instagram page for up to date information.

We sometimes host special events later in the evening.

Monday - Friday there is paid parking locally or at Sainsbury’s on the high street (£2 for 2 hours).

Saturday and Sunday parking is free.

Rescheduling a session with us is really easy!

Simply email us at info@millieandmaisie.com with your request, and we'll take care of it for you promptly.

Yes, adults can join the children downstairs in the soft play sessions.

Single child ticket includes up to two adults (£10)

Second child tickets also include two adults (£15)

Additional adults can pay £2 upon arrival.

Of course! Older siblings are welcome to come and chill in the cafe area. However the climbing frames downstairs are built for children up to 5 years.

If your booking is for 10 or less, please use the 'Play Reservations' button on our website (or the Momence app).

We would love for you to take pictures of your little ones during their time with us! Be sure to tag us on Instagram, if you wish.

However, please ensure that no other children are included in the images, as it is paramount that we respect the privacy of others.

Yes. Our lower ground play area is air conditioned and maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the day. Additionally, we ensure that our air filtration system is always operational to provide a clean and healthy environment for everyone.

We keep lost property for up to a month before disposing of it.

We offer a healthy selection for babies and provide disposable bibs so clean up is hassle-free.

We offer baby weaning plates, oat bowls, yogurt bowls (with dairy free alternatives).

We only allow external food for special dietary requirements that we cannot accommodate.

As long as they are comfortable, they can wear whatever they like.

However we do advise to not have anything hanging off of clothes that could get caught in anything. Also it is the responsibility of the caregiver to ensure the child has appropriate socks with grips. We also sell these, if needed.
