Membership terms
his Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Millie & Maisie Membership or for purchasing and using our Play Packages. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Benefits
1.1. Members pay a fixed monthly fee to access play usage during operating hours, Monday through Friday.
1.2. Play guests may accompany members for a discounted fee of £5 per visit. Play guests must be booked online in advance using the "MEMBER GUEST" ticket option or may be accepted as a walk-in, subject to availability.
2. Play Package Benefits
2.1. Play Packages are purchased for a fixed, upfront fee and include a set number of play sessions.
2.2. Play Packages are valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase, after which any unused sessions will expire and cannot be carried over, refunded, or credited.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
3.1. Membership fees are billed monthly.
3.2. Members are required to commit to a minimum initial term of one (1) month.
3.3. Play Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
3.4. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused sessions or partial months.
4. Booking and Availability
4.1. All members and Play Package holders are advised to book play sessions online to secure their spot and avoid disappointment.
4.2. Walk-ins without prior booking are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Memberships – May be cancelled by providing written notice at least one (1) month in advance of the desired cancellation date.
5.2. Play Packages – Cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased, except where required by law.
5.3. Memberships and Play Packages are non-transferable and limited to the named family and children specified during registration.
6. General Conditions
6.1. Members, Play Package holders, and their guests must comply with all safety and facility rules while on the premises.
6.2. Millie & Maisie reserves the right to modify operating hours, facility rules, or these terms with 30 days' notice to members and package holders.
6.3. Millie & Maisie reserves the right to revoke membership or Play Package usage without refund for violations of this Agreement or any conduct that risks the safety or enjoyment of others.
